These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.homeandkitchenskipton.co.uk. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, then you should not use this website.
To Place an Order
Browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and add to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, checkout via the shopping basket and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We will then send you an order acknowledgement.
Payment can be made as follows:
Credit/Debit card payments via PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Delta and Switch. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
We may refuse to accept an order if:
Goods are not available;
We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
There has been a pricing, product description or product image error
We are unable to fulfill your order for any other reason beyond our control
All prices include VAT at 20%. We may alter any prices on this website at any time, without notice.
Shipping (Mainland Uk)
Standard Delivery-Items ordered using Standard delivery (£3.99 or FREE with orders over £60) will usually be despatched within 3-5 days.
We will aim to contact you if your order is delayed.
Please note that any times quoted for dispatch are to be treated as estimates.
If your item is not in stock it will be placed on back order. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order you may notify us by email to email@example.com before your order is dispatched.
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, these may be returned to us within 14 days of dispatch. We will be happy to issue with an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund, providing that products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is to be issued this will exclude the postage amount paid.
If a product has been received faulty or incorrect notification must be made in writing either by email, fax or post within 7 days of receipt. The product will be exchanged or refunded.
All returned items remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us.
To return any product to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorisation and return instructions.
When returning an item you are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage and ensure that the item is adequately insured. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Loss or Damage in Transit
In the event of damage or short delivery the company will not be liable unless the purchaser has notified the company in writing within two working days of delivery. The company shall not be liable for any claim for non-delivery unless the claim is notified in writing within 7 days from dispatch notification date.
